Fulfilling responsibilities The fulfilling responsibilities with professionals who are working within a health and social care environment have a clear responsibility which enables these professionals to follow policies and procedures in which the organisation have for all professionals to follow. In addition to fulfilling responsibilities this will be outlining the contract of employment and the professional code of practice.
